Simplifying Hormone Health
What if the solution to better balance in your hormones wasn't as complicated as you've been told?
While we often think of hormones as being estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone, there are over 50 hormones in the body that control your stress levels, sleep, metabolism, heart health, bone health, reproduction, hunger and fullness, digestion, mood, and so much more.
Focusing only on a few negates the interconnectedness of the body and will leave your results flat.
Making choices for hormone health requires an understanding of how your body works, how lifestyle plays a role, and how everything works together in harmony (or disharmony).
It’s time to be "de-influenced!”
Women often wait to seek support until after they’ve tried all of the internet wellness trends and at the end of the day we don't often need trendy devices, supplements or hacks. We need long term, simple, sustainable ways to be healthy that are not going to burn you out any further.
Simplifying Hormone Health is a five-module program designed to support you in simplifying the path to balance in your body. You will gain access to greater knowledge, deeper understanding, and meaningful actions you can take to support the hormone systems within your body through foundational wisdom that takes the guesswork out of your efforts.
Combining biomedical physiology with lifestyle medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine, this program will leave you feeling empowered in your hormone health with next steps and actionable support.
This live cohort led by Rachel Mark, starts Monday, November 16, 2026.
