Our Registered Massage Therapists (RMT) help to assess your concerns and use a variety of techniques to help treat injuries, pain, or imbalances within the body. Massage helps cultivate relaxation, tension release, and improved circulation. This restorative treatment will help relieve stress and bring balance back to the body and mind. Registered Massage Therapist
Riley graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2025 after realizing that massage therapy was a harmonizing addition to her alternative medicine background of herbal medicine and nutrition. She has worked with clients for years, providing holistic care for folks from all walks of life.Due to her love of fitness and the outdoors, Riley decided to become an RMT to help her clients feel their best in doing what they love. She is committed to providing inclusive care for all bodies in a collaborative and empowering way. Riley provides an individualized approach to her clients and strongly believes that learning to listen and understand body signals is imperative in healing.
Riley grew up in the Kootenays, where she was an avid skier, soccer player, and dancer. She loves to read, hike, cycle, weight lift, and is generally the happiest when she’s in the woods. She feels grateful to live in such a beautiful place on Vancouver Island.

Jill is passionate about helping people. She believes that massage therapy is an excellent way to improve one's health and wellness while preventing future injury. She has a particular interest in the different ways stress can affect the body.Jill listens carefully to the concerns and specific preferences of her clients to help tailor her treatments to each individual. She incorporates a combination of relaxation and therapeutic massage into her treatments. Some of the techniques she utilizes include trigger point therapy, myofascial release, Swedish massage, craniosacral therapy, and stretching.
In her spare time, Jill enjoys spending time with her family, swimming, roller skating, drawing, and embracing her creativity.

Abbie started her RMT journey in Toronto, attending Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. Using slow, firm, grounding pressure, her practice focuses on mindfulness, relaxation and guiding clients to feel grounded and centred. She has a deep care for clients to feel safe and comfortable to come as they are for some much needed time rest and recovery.Abbie also holds a certification in Vodder Level 1 Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD). MLD massage helps to optimize lymph flow throughout the body. If you’re goals are in line with reducing pain and inflammation, Abbie is happy to incorporate MLD in areas of the body where needed during massage treatments and guide through the process.
She loved her community in Ontario, but has been enjoying connecting with new folks, as well as connecting with the abundant forests here in Victoria. She looks forward to sharing space with you to regulate your nervous system and help you through your tension to get you back into whatever activities bring you joy.

Rachel strives to create a safe and supportive space for each person that walks into the treatment room. Embracing a holistic perspective, she is dedicated to guiding people on their path to connecting back to their bodies and ensuring that they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to make informed decisions about their health and well-being.Her approach is focused on the individual as a whole, providing an effective treatment tailored to meet the unique needs of each person.

Nelia works with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, supporting a wide range of conditions, injuries, and wellness goals. She strives to create a calm, welcoming environment where clients feel supported, empowered, and able to reconnect with their bodies through compassionate, patient-centred care.
Outside of the clinic, you'll likely find Nelia running, weightlifting, camping, baking, or playing her guitar. She loves exploring the beauty of the West Coast and often ends the day with a good book by the beach.
