Do you direct bill to extended health?

Yes! We direct bill to most major insurance providers (e.g. Pacific Blue Cross, SunLife, Manulife, Canada Life, Green Shield, etc). Please fill this information in on your intake form and we will take care of the rest.

Do you direct bill for ICBC or Worksafe?

We do direct bill for ICBC, all you need to do is provide your claim information in your intake form. We do not direct bill for Worksafe.

How long will my appointment be?

Your appointment will vary in time depending on which service you come in for.  When you book online, the appointment length will be shown when you select your service.  When you book over the phone, our team member will tell you the appointment length.

What should I expect on my first visit?

Your practitioner will go over your intake form with you and talk through your concerns. They will come up with a treatment plan and outline the next steps in your wellness journey.
