A gentle invitation to slow down, soften, and support your body in deep restoration.
In a world that constantly asks you to keep going, Rest & Restore was created to offer something different.
This restorative yoga bundle is designed to support deep nervous system regulation, physical release, and emotional exhale through slow, supported movement practices that prioritize rest over performance. These sessions invite you to move out of “doing mode” and into a state of healing, recovery, and replenishment.
Led by Rachel Mark, each practice uses long-held, supported postures, breath, and stillness to help your body unwind tension patterns that often build from chronic stress, busy schedules, prolonged sitting, emotional overwhelm, and simply carrying too much for too long.
Unlike fast-paced movement or exercise-focused yoga classes, restorative yoga is intentionally slow and deeply supportive. The body is fully supported with props like pillows, blankets, or straps, allowing the nervous system to shift into a calmer, more regulated state where healing and recovery can happen more easily.
These practices are designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re navigating stress, burnout, fatigue, poor sleep, chronic tension, hormone shifts, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, this series offers an accessible way to reconnect with your body without needing to push harder.
As part of Glow’s Movement & Mindfulness collection, this bundle reflects a whole-person approach to health, combining Eastern wisdom, nervous system support, and mindful movement practices that are realistic for busy women navigating full lives.
You don’t need to be flexible, experienced, or “good at yoga” to benefit from these practices. Different options and modifications are offered throughout to support all levels.
