A gentle mindfulness practice to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create more calm within the pace of everyday life.

Everyday Presence was created for the moments when life feels full, fast, and overstimulating. The moments where you move from one responsibility to the next without ever fully landing in your own body. Where your mind keeps racing even when you finally sit down. Where “busy” has quietly become your baseline.

This mindfulness series offers a different pace.

Through guided practices designed to support awareness, grounding, and nervous system regulation, Everyday Presence helps you create small moments of pause throughout your day, not by escaping your life, but by learning how to be more fully present within it.

At its core, mindfulness is the practice of intentionally bringing awareness to the present moment with openness and without judgment. Research has shown mindfulness practices can support stress reduction, emotional regulation, sleep, focus, and overall mental well-being.

This series is designed to feel approachable and realistic, especially for busy women who often feel like they “don’t have time” for mindfulness.

You do not need long morning routines, perfect silence, or hours of meditation.

You simply need moments.

Rather than viewing mindfulness as another task to complete, Everyday Presence encourages you to weave awareness into your existing life and routines.

These seemingly small moments can create meaningful shifts in how your body feels, how your mind responds to stress, and how connected you feel to yourself overall.

As part of Glow’s Movement & Mindfulness collection, this series reflects a whole-person approach that blends modern stress physiology with mindful, restorative practices that support long-term resilience and well-being.

This is not about becoming perfectly calm all the time. It’s about learning how to come back to yourself more often.
