Live Calls: Each week includes a live call facilitated by a member of the Glow team. Calls will be held on Wednesdays (May 7, 14, and 21) from 7–8 PM PST on Zoom. All calls will be recorded, with replays available for 30 days following the completion of the program.

Week 2: Food as Foundation with Amber Baker, Holistic Nutritionist
In our second call, Amber will help you move from knowledge to action with practical, real-life strategies to support your health amidst a busy schedule. From nutritious (and easy!) meal prep to balancing blood sugar on the go, you’ll walk away with a toolkit to use food as medicine for energy, mood, stress resilience, and hormone health.
Week 3: Balancing the Nervous System with Rachel Mark, Acupuncturist & Integrative Health Coach
This week, Rachel dives deeper into how to support your nervous system in bite-sized, everyday ways. Learn the power of pause, how to cultivate rest without sacrificing productivity, and how to optimize your circadian rhythm for better energy and sleep. You’ll leave with a powerful toolkit to support you in truly thriving within your busy life.
